Pinrose Day Three: Campfire Rebel
Pinrose: I appreaciate what you were aiming for with this one, but I really just can't with Campfire Rebel. I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. It isn't really feminine, it is super strong, and really overpowering. It is so strong when you first put it on, and I wanted to immediately wash this one off, it was so strong.
After wearing it for a little bit it isn't so bad, but I don't think smelling like a cedar closet is for me. The whiskey smell is definitely there, and that is actually pretty nice, but this smell is so masculine I just don't think it is really fit for a lady like me. I didn't ever really catch the raspberry smell (the whiskey is overpowering). But I really love the concept. I think it could be improved upon by warming it with sandalwood or adding a note that is a little sweet. To their credit, I do feel like I am sniffing campfire ashes doused with whiskey. And that is really saying something.

Soul- Vetiver, Vanilla Bourbon.
Based off of these three samples I think that I really would like to experience more of their fragrances, so I may order a sample kit or a petal pack in the near future, or hope that I get a gift set from this company for my birthday :) I do really want to try Merry Maker, Rooftop Socialite, and Renegade Starlet next.

I was still reeling from the confusion of the move. So I re-ordered them myself, and I am sorry all of these reviews took so long for me to get to, but I really do like what you are doing with your company. Just work on Campfire Rebel a little bit ; ) haha.
