Pinrose Day Two: Treehouse Royal

     Day two of my Pinrose experience was just as pleasant as the first. For work yesterday, I wore Treehouse Royal. This scent is earthy without being heavy and it is definitely confidence boosting. As well, seeing a song from the Amélie soundtrack in the playlist for this fragrance gave me the courage to watch that movie and I am really happy that I did! (thnx pinrose!)
     I love the fruity top notes, and more than any of the others, I smelled the fig. It was certainly different but I loved it all the same. The jasmine note that I was able to catch was light and not at all heavy or overdone like it can be in so many other fragrances. It added just a touch of sweetness. The bottom most notes give the scent an earthy finish. This fragrance, for me, is nothing short of exciting and empowering.

Be the empress of the woods. Clothe yourself in breezy cottons
and let nymphs weave flowers into your locks. Run barefoot. Why not?

Smile- cassis, pear, fig
Heart- jasmine violet, white peony
Soul-  vanilla bourbon, haitian vetiver, moss

My boyfriend likes this perfume as well. So that is seal of approval number two. Congrats, pinrose! He hasn't wholeheartedly liked a perfume that I have chosen in a long time.
